One person working counter and same person making food. Cross contamination of food and money gross. Hash browns were half cooked and cold. Hire more staff and lower the prices. Friendly staff.

Wait time is pretty short. Store is usually full and may be hard to get a seat as its in middle of 34th street tourist location. Food is fresh, and they are pretty accurate in their order taking. They also offer Baskin Robins ice cream as well.

Loved it. I was disappointed they ran out Reeses Pieces. Who can resist all the different flavors? Remember, over 1000 calories in that cup.
