I came from our hotel on 3 different occasions for coffee early on weekdays. The staff were so friendly! The machines provide tasty brewed coffee at a reasonable price $3 for a small latte. The donuts were fresh. I felt very safe on my own. Highly recommend for a quick snack or drink.
A decent 7-Eleven with the usual offerings. There are Amazon storage lockers, a key making machine and an upstairs eating area which isn't the cleanest. It's not too far for the Port authority so it gets a little sketchy at night. Lines move quickly.
Customer service at this location is non-existent. The employees here are rude. I bought 2 orange juices because it said 2 for $4.50. The total came up to be reg price. The cashier told me the discount wasn’t applied because I didn’t enter my phone number when I did. I told him it clearly says 2 for $4.50. The cashier acted like he was doing me a favor regarding the price. He started saying ok I’ll give it to you. I said give it to me? That’s the price it says. He wanted to argue. Stay away from this location and go to a diff one
Store is great. Employees are great. They should at least fix the homeless and ghetto issues by getting rid of them in their store and blocking the entrance. I don’t think this place is 24 hours. I believe they close like between 4-5 am with my guess.
Very disappointed. There are very few fresh foods available. There is also the sleight of hand with the app points with one particular clerk foregoing them altogether. This store seems to modify prices at whim. I personally recommend this 7-11 only if the price is set by the app or you buy coffee which is still remarkably good.
Kind, helpful staff. Clean store, well stocked.
They are not 24/7 they be close every morning around 4am. To the manager or any corporate people that read reviews it’s a very dumb idea because both of the locations on 8th are closed round our lunch, some people would like to shop within 7-Eleven. We are unable to do to they choose our lunch hour to close.
Too many rules!! I bought two Burritos and a Rib Sandwich, and I wasn't allowed to add toppings to the sandwich! It's only for the hotdogs! Then after I made my purchase, I began to eat by the open counter space area where you can make your coffee, the Store Clerk says to me, I can't eat it in here. I had to eat it outside in 13 degrees. This 7-Eleven store is only one I've been to that doesn't allow you to eat their store bought food in their store!! Too Many Homeless People bothering customers for money and food. Terrible!!!
Appreciate that the store still offer hot snacks at around midnight.
While working the night shift I went in for some late night coffee I found their new coffee machines nice but thwy are keeping the milk and creamers out in the heat in the summer. They have all the proper equipment I.E. the cooling buckets even if the cooling bucket didn't work fill it with ice BUT NOOOO they have the milks and creamers out in the heat. I asked for a new milk or a cold milk and he looked at me like I had 2 heads
