Not a great experience. We thought they was short staffed. Waited 35 min to get a small burrito, with one person in front of me. As we ate our food we noticed bunch of Chipotle workers in the back hanging out. Like 4 people on break? The place is trashy and disgusting. Been here and no one wiped a table. Need to hire more people. No ice, no where to throw trash away.
Its true mexican joint with hundreds of outlets all over USA. Always crowded. Anytime you go you get thefreshest ingredients at CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL. BURRITOS TO BOWLS.....white hearbed rice or brown rice..black or white beans to beef to chicken to pork as choices of meat with lots of accompaniments....love it... Features: Not much you can do with huge crowd...
The lady that served me was 10000/10, I love her friendly outlook and guidance while she made my first experience buying the food a breeze naming all the choices and giving me a clear way of buying the food... Thank you sis
This is pretty much a standard Chipotle except it's in Manhattan. I don't personally know if there's one or more Chipotle restaurants in, say, Manhattan, KS, but I would imagine that everything you can say about a Chipotle there would apply to this one. The food is tasty, reasonably priced and prepared to order while you watch. Of course, New York, being one of America's larger cities, means that this Chipotle - despite being nestled on a lesser traveled side street - sees a lot more visitors than one in a smaller town. So, it's not quite as clean as you might expect and you're more likely to see another patron having an unpleasant confrontation with a member of the staff. Still, in all, this is a worthy representation of a great American chain.
I come to this location extremely frequently because it is so close to the Manhattan Center where my church meets for five services. I always order on the Chipotle App before I go, so I do not have to wait on the long line. This day, in particular, I ordered on the app and my food came out quickly, despite there being an extremely long line. I always enjoy my food. Chipotle never disappoints me.
Hands down the worst chipotle you could possibly step foot in. Placed an online order for delivery 01/12/2023 and more than half my order is missing AND it’s all wrong too. No tortilla or salsas on the side for one of the bowl, and one of the bowl clearly states “chicken” but is steak. Missing not one but two chips and guac, too. Worst part is chipotle will not refund me any part of this almost $70 order. Spend your money elsewhere!
First impression, this restaurant has potential only these major turn off. Although Love the fact they wear gloves, I can't overlook not remove the gloves and hand on the counter, touching money in between. Just ask to change gloves. Food brown rice and chicken were cold, but well seasoned. Clean store.
I love Chipotle but this particular one on 7th Ave was pretty lame. No iced tea. The ice machine was broken and one of the pop machines was not working.Food: 4/5
Very clean location with friendly staff. This location is requiring that you show Covid information for dine in. They were okay with me showing a digital version on my phone. I am sure that is in line with local rules.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30pm and the crew had already started cleaning. This is fine, but the unfriendly gentleman at the counter just ignored us without answering our question if we could get anything else. Then when another lady came out of the kitchen, she started making our bowls. The gentleman told her several times that she should only use the leftovers and think about serving us. In the end we got 2 bowls from leftovers. There was no salad, no salsa, no vegetables, no corn. The bowl only contained rice, meat and beans. When we asked for at least the leftover guacamole to be added, we were charged an extra $2 for both bowls, which is an outrage.
