The working hours are wrong. Came at 12:30 am, the cashier was inside but never opened the door

I always find what I need and the employees are very nice.

Sooooo rude they sold me like this and refused to replace it. I guess 7 eleven things will never change. Avoid this store.

Cashier is incompetent.. why do you have music blasting behind you? This is your job not a party.. also why don’t you guys honor your promotion prices? I was denied what was advertised because the cashier didn’t know how to scan it as such… didn’t pay for the food and left..

This place has for over 3 months have taken mine my fiances and mother in law food stamps worth over 1000 dollars. We tried to work with them but then I noticed they have a new machine because of all the complaints that have happened in this store particular. We know it's this store because we would get our food stamps and use them at this store then mins later our foodstamps ranking up to ovr 1000 would be gone. Made our lives impossible to live because we had no food. The workers have a mentality that they are superior to anyone who enters the store. Do not shop here especially if you are using food stamps because they will take your remaining balance and leave you high and dry.

I'm shocked at the people managing this store. My friend and I tried to redeem our 7REWARDS points for boneless chicken and a drink and rather than applying the rewards earned, they discounted it by a dollar and demanded money for the balance. When I stated that this isn't how it should work and we never have an issue using our points besides this store, the owner or manager became very irate. He used numerous expletives and yelled out statements such as, "You're not using points at this store!", "I'm not going to pay this out of my pocket!", and "Get the **** out of here!". We asked for his name to send a complaint to corporate and he motioned as if he was going to throw a metal can at us. This was in front of all the customers there - one who gave us his contact information as a witness. This is completely shocking. I've never experienced this at any store, ever. This wasn't a misunderstanding, but a deliberate attempt not to honor 7-Eleven's rewards program.

I love this seven eleven but the only thing I didn't like was how rude the cashier was. He kept throwing my stuff on the counter and then when I used the card I accidentally put the wrong thing and said "Can't you read?" In a aggressive manner. I was about to say something but my little sibling was there. So I kept my cool and let it slide.

Cleanest and nicest 7-Eleven I have ever been to! I live close by and, honestly, I never came here because it's so close to the bus and train terminal so I expect it to be busy and dirty. To my surprise, it was the exact opposite and there were no vagrants or vagabonds looming around. I will now only be coming to this 7- Eleven. Highly recommend.

Every time I come inside they are cleaning. Line can be long to check out but they only have one register. Shelves are stocked and clean, can be busy when kids get out of school.

The cashier scanned my app for rewards and 10 minutes later, no points and nothing added to my cup streak. Wish I read the reviews before hand, now I know not to give this location my money.
