3/31/23 0900hrs. I stopped to pick up a cold organic pressed juice. Somehow I got sucked into 10 traditional wings for five bucks and I decided to get there a slice of pizza since I’ve never had it. I will admit 7-Eleven pizza is not bad! the sauce and the fixings Are good quality that will satisfy the stomach when you’re hungry. This was my first time, ordering their pizza and their wings. In my opinion, the wings are on the spicy side, but are very flavorful and meaty.
The cashier told me it was Arizona law that he could not sell me a lighter without an ID. There is in fact, no such law in the state of Arizona. So I was lied to and refused service for no reason. It was a weird power trip that caused me a huge inconvenience. Instead of being so rude, the employee should have cleaned up the place a bit, bugs and dirt everywhere.
Han was very forgiving I believe that is his name. He is humble but the rest of the store hurts my feelings l appreciate Han. But the owner is angry his employees are rude to customers even when we make mistakes and apologize. I’m tired of this 711 hurting my feelings.
Worst 7eleven never no coffee isn't that what 7eleven is all about having good coffee but not this store and guy is always trying to charge me more and then said oops I wrang the price WHAT you do all the time and sandwiches have no Price I think he makes up the price and extremely moody guys would highly reembetmmend going to QT or Circle K and cooperate 7eleven needs to check on this store going to give bad image to the company but then again maybe st of them are franchises and the foreign owners are wrecking the company with Price changing not following companies policy and being rude and remember customer are the reason your in business
24 hour does not mean 24 hour anymore. I work overnight and decided to take a 30min break and run out for a snack at 3:40am. The only thing open with what I wanted was this 711. When I got there doors were locked and the employee just waved to me saying they're closed. Don't depend on them.
I walked into the 7-Eleven, said hello, bought a bag of chips, walked to my car, phone rings, I answer it, two minutes later the guy is coming out telling me I need to leave I’ve been here for 30 minutes he’s gonna call the police I can’t stay there! I had literally been parked there for an absolute total of about NINE minutes at this point from start to finish. Did he honestly believe there’s nothing I would rather do than sit in the 7-Eleven parking lot for 30 minutes and talk on the phone when I literally live two blocks away! It was just a girl grabbing a bag of chips, who received a quick phone call and was responsibly answering the phone call before she started driving. Very common practice in this day and age of cell phones. Your sign says 15 minutes parking. I am a respectful person and customer. I did not deserve your poor treatment. If you keep running good customers away like this you’re going to be left with nothing but trash! Good luck with that.
I swear the employee Mike is the worst choice for an employee there..he's rude as all can be and doesn't do his job when required...I've reported him and hope the worst since he's such an ugly ugly individual
Unfortunately, I have come here for years, but today was the final straw. The credit card machines will constantly not work because they are 15+ years old. One of the employees will insist on asking if you have another way to pay every time. If you happen to be in a hurry and pay cash - you had better make sure you get a receipt and double check it. He will absolutely pocket your change, and then tell you they can only 'pull up the last 3 transactions' by the time you return. How would you keep track of inventory? He really needed $3 that bad. NEVER USE CASH HERE!
The guys working tonight's shift did a great job handling the chaos we witnessed with free slurpee day. Thanks for the friendly conversation at checkout and great customer service.
I am writing this in regard to how unnecessarily rudely my friend was treated by this 7-11 location - Campbell Square. I called her when she was just getting in her car after making a purchase. Rather than talking while driving took the call there. A short time later, someone yelled at her saying she'd been there over 30 minutes and to move her car! This was completely uncalled for! There was plenty of available parking and she's abviously a respectable woman. Publicly embarrassing and humiliating your customers? She told me there was a 15 minute max sign posted. I checked my phone several minutes after the incident and it was then only 10 minutes.. I know she will Never enter that store again, but still, that still dosen't remove the embarrassment she edured by his abusive behavior towards her. 1 star only because I can't post without one
