Dunkin' Donuts

I really like this Dunkin! They always give me great iced coffee and the employees are always friendly. I never have a bad experience at this location. I don’t mind getting off and getting my coffee if it means getting amazing quality and fantastic customer service!

The service is hit or miss usually at this location. I have placed all online orders a few times here and in the morning at times the orders are not ready even if it’s way past the time it’s ready for pick up. It can be inconvenient if you are in a time crunch in the morning before work. Just FYI.

Lovely proprietor, friendly and very accommodating. Very delicious coffee and nice selection of pastries. Very nice outside seating, although the place itself is inviting inside as well.

***update*** having gone back, because I love the coffee and donuts, I have their bagel with cream cheese another try and it has improved greatly! Nicely done. How could you think this would be an acceptable bagel with cream cheese?

A busy DD location, but it has outdoor seating although it is towards camelback rd so it can be noisy. It's close to other stores, so perfect to grab something cold and then walk around. I've only been on weekdays; and the staff is very nice and great service. My favorite DD by far.

$3.00 for a greasy, cold half full bag of bacon about the cost of the whole pack a the store. In general it's always sad customers service here. It's right next to my work so I go daily but man.

I literally drive 5 min further to another DUNKIN’ because the service is so poor here. I even spoke to the manager BRIAN and he seemed to care less. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Coffee was good. Would you pay $2.49 for this? That is $0.25/oz. That is also $70/month. America used to run on Dunkin, but at these prices, I am running from it! I need gas in the car more than myself! Give yourself a raise - try the Sip'nSave deal at Circle K. Only $5.99/month, and you get a free hot or iced fresh ground coffee everyday. Features: No one was in there probably because of the exorbitant prices!, so I'd say the "distancing" is pretty safe!

Delicious donuts and cold brew and friendly service.

This place literally has the worst service in Arizona. The people who work here have zero customer service. Their cashier Ryan was extremely rude and both associates acted like we were bothering them while they were looking at phones. This isn’t the first issue with this location or company. Customer service is literally the easiest thing to provide as a company but for some reason this location cannot grasp something so simple.
