7-Eleven

This 7-eleven is still good. But they have hired new people. We will see how it goes. The coupons for cigarettes seem to be hard to do here. I had one girl mess the transaction up and when she got done fixing it. The total was over the amount. I told her that is incorrect and that it was charging me 2x for one item. She said that the cost. Like pay it or don't. But she finally seen the error. But sometimes things like this are not errors but a attempt to steal. Always gotta keep your eye out on that.

Some of the staff are awesome and others are alright though they seem to cycle through them fairly quickly. Most the time when I have gone in they are out of many items and during the summer the slurpie machine is often down or limited to one or two flavors.

Came to store on 112 and division and doors are locked ,no one appears to be inside. Stood out side in front of store . Im a little concerned that some thing possible could be wrong,not so sure Weather to call law inforcement to do a welfare check on cashier or not ...been waiting here for about 18 min now

I cannot say enough about the young girl that works there in the evenings through the late night. She's got long brown hair. No older than 20. Always has her nails done and her eyelashes too. I'm definitely going to ask her name the next time I see her which is soon hopefully. She is fantastic. She goes out of her way to say hello to you and makes sure to ask how you're doing. She even recommended me to a nail salon!! Unlike some of the other staff, anytime I've asked where something is, she always makes it a point to take me to it instead of just point. She is very polite and always has fresh food in the hot case. It's simply a shame she seems to always be running around trying to get many things done at once. Even if she's busy, she almost always stops what she's doing to help me or other customers. If she doesn't she'll politely say just a moment please and never takes longer than a few minutes. Poor girl needs a break. I hope she gets promoted. She knows what she's doing and she's a people person. Despite some difficult customers and customers I've seen being creepy all employees should have pepper spray in a location like this she always remains patient and friendly. She makes sure to remember names and the usual food/cigarette/alcohol customers including myself get and she paid for my food the other night when I couldn't find my card even after I found it! She's the reason I always come back despite the manager. She'd be a great leader for this location more so than the current one. I also cannot say enough about the guy in the morning. He is also incredibly polite and makes conversation like the young girl does. It makes you feel like a friend rather than any other person coming in. He always has fresh coffee which is nice compared to other locations. Both need help. I'm sure they are more than capable and I see them being extremely capable, but come on. These two are always struggling to stay afloat and it's often you see them with another employee who is usually rude to them or customers or on their phone being unhelpful. The current manager Chad is just rude. That's the only bad thing about this place. He often rolls his eyes at customers and it always seems as though he doesn't want his job. For a manager, his employees seem to be doing more work than him. Anytime I've seen him have conversations with his employees, they've been very unpersonable and condescending which is how he treats customers as well. Plainly putting it, the manager treats people like they're stupid so when he informs someone of something they don't know he's condescending about it like they're already supposed to know. I avoid coming in anytime he is there. He should be fired. 10/10 would recommend coming here only for the young girl. She's so sweet. It's a good place to grab cigarettes, some good pizza and chicken, and some late night munchies and have a fun engaging conversation!

Don't nothing make me more upset than pulling up and this store is closed 7am with employees inside sometimes it's a sign most times it's no sigh idk what the problem is

Met whom I assumed was the manager tonight. She was incredibly friendly despite having a delivery coming in. She didn't rush me and gave me recommendations on what snacks to try when I couldn't choose. Only reason I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because she was alone. As a mother it makes me uneasy a young, petite girl is working alone past midnight. There was a young man before, Rodley I believe his name was. He was great as well but his temper was questionable. Not manager qualities for sure. I don't understand why there was a young man working nights who clearly had no issue defending himself and now there's a young girl probably no more than 100 lbs. That's ridiculous. I couldn't find my phone until a bit ago, but I definitely will likely be calling the store to speak to the manager. If that girl isn't manager, the manager needs to get a grip. You don't leave a young girl there alone unless she has a pocket knife or something to help defend herself with. There were multiple characters outside looking sketchy, one of which was in a car clearly recording the girl which is not okay. Even if she is manager which by her behavior and the way she carried herself I assume so, she should not be by herself that late. Other than that place is great. The coffee was hot, food was warm and fresh, and the store was very clean and well stocked. I definitely recommend this place. They have the new lays later chips/snack and they also have fresh hot pizza for a very cheap price.

Like other 7-Elevens, it's a quick place to get whatever you need like snacks or booze. However, customer service isn't the greatest, and they're not always fully stocked. It's also a bit sketchy from the outside with a bunch of weird characters roaming around.

When I came here I made myself a coffee and it was below lukewarm and when I politely told the manager, and I really do mean politely some lady in pink hair called me I could get out of her store and not come back. Avoid the 7-Eleven if you can, the management is hostile to customers.

Just no. The guy working there overcharges everyone on everything. Scams people. The price tag could be saying 12.00 and this guy would charge 16.00. horrible staff.

This location ALWAYS has issues!!! I can’t believe they’re still open! Horrible horrible customer service! Their machines never work! The cashiers are all crackheads! Their closed for no reason when suppose to be open at 7am. Just horrible!
