Jasmine milk tea is very good and the boba was cooked perfectly! The egg waffle was crispy and worth the wait too
I discovered this place just today, and it is AMAZING! Delicious drinks and so reasonably priced! Oh, and a DRIVE THROUGH. I am a life customer as of right now.

Customer service was amazing!!! Super nice girl at the window recommended I try the lavender milk tea, she was right it was soooo yummy!!! Got a couple other drinks as well definitely recommended coming here!!! Yummmmm!! Good job ladies!!! If I'm ever in Portland again definitely one of my stops will be here!!!
Cute little place right by the Midland library. My royal tea with bobas and rainbow jellies was great and my son had the egg puff, which he enjoyed. Will definitely be back.
The drinks were super yummy. Got the taro and mango tea. Very friendly and great customer service. I highly recommend Just Tea!!
