Nice staff, convenient location. Giving only two stars because Starbucks consistently makes the worst Vanilla Lattes. It's the only thing I order and always try a new location on the off chance tgey get it right. It has to be one of tge easier requests.

This is a stellar Starbucks. I work at one of the dealerships on 122nd, and this location has never let me down. Even when I see the line stretches around the corner and I think I won't be able to get through in my allotted 15 minute break, the baristas here work so quickly and efficiently, I've never been late. On top of that, the drinks are always well-made, food hot, and I always leave the drive-thru lane with a compliment or well-wishes from the barista. 5/5 easy!

Rude employees and argue with you about drinks. I bought a 60 free refill cup for January. All other Starbucks will uphold the offer, this store will not. Either half full or all ice.Recommended dishesSumatra

Ordered a blueberry scone like the label said but got a pumpkin scone! The egg order was given to someone else, had to park and wait. Only one item out of 3 was correct! Not good!

I go here daily as I work across the street they have always been great up until last weak. I have waited 30 min for 1 mocha my last 3 visits

They didn't close the lid on my drink down tight enough and guess who got soaked in the said drink ...

Great Starbucks staff and fast service, but they always make these drinks too sweet. I asked for light sweetner on the two sweet cream vanilla cold brews I just bought and once again they come out ultra sweet. This is pretty consistent with this Starbucks, it's just the closest one so I wish they'd actually follow recipes and directions...

Rude baristas and poor management. It’s just a bunch of young high school and college kids who talked to their friends and don’t get things done quickly

Fast drive through, friendly staff, drink com si com sa. Doesn’t match the recipe but not critical

10/10 times they don’t get my order right. I’ve stayed away from this location for awhile. I recently made a moble order through this location and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. The older lady with short purple hair “Sharon Osborn” looking lady told me I was “86” for calling and compiling about the oatmeal they served me. It was uncooked oatmeal with cold cream. She was physical aggressive when she was hand me my correct food. She also lied and said she was the manger when in fact I was told the day after the Zac Is the store manger, I have reached out and spoken with Corporate.
