My new favorite coffee shop in Portland. I got the cardamom oat milk latte and I loved it. My friend got the lavender oat milk latte and it was great too. I like how you get 2 espresso shots in every drink! I got a tea latte too and personally wouldn’t recommend it. I also wish they’d have their indoor seating open until closing, but they close it an hour early. But I also tried the vegan egg & cheese sandwich and it was so good! They use a dill aioli in it which is delish. Highly recommend this place

cute and cozy vegan cafe with an assortment of pastries and bagels. not only do they have the basic almond soy and oat milks, they have hemp milk which i recommend does cost extra the orange and cranberry scone is sweet and soft while the gluten free everything bagel with cashew spread was filling. though the menu is small, there are so many different drinks you can choose from with an assortment of flavors. i also felt very safe and secure here, this cafe attracts many lgbt+ people as well as different diversities will definitely come back again :

never really tried coffee before but came here by a friends suggestion. got suggested the mocha by the person up front and it tasted exquisite. the breakfast sandwich tasted great. didn’t even occur to me that it was vegan ingredients. really great place. indoor seating area is nice with plants and different seating option types. would come here any day of the week if i need some coffee. way better than starbucks down the road but to be fair, i haven’t tried their coffee, lol 5 stars!

Love coming out to JetBlack to enjoy a delicious coffee and be surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere. This place is inviting and is also 100% vegan!

I just went to Jet Black while visiting Portland for the first time. I choose it for the gluten free pastry options but the service was incredible. I ordered a cappuccino and had to choose a vegan milk product which I didn’t expect. The barista made an excellent recommendation since I usually use milk. The drink was excellent and the owner I think? was so kind and appreciative of my willingness to try something new. So yummy and such nice people!

I guess I just don't like vegan coffee. I'm glad those options are available but it's just not for me. Still I think the atmosphere is great. The sticky buns are great. Staff was friendly. Very cozy in there for a rainy day. I'm sure this would be a fan favorite for anyone who is vegan.

Friendly service and excellent coffee! I don't drink coffee unless it's good quality, and we were very satisfied with the soy cappuccino and my Betty White Latte with Hemp Milk! They offer a variety of plant milks for their superb coffee. Also their items from Shoofly Bakery were fantastic!

Short temper from a male staff. Espresso is great. Wish they had a little more variety of flavors- only vegan options availablelove the equity and I’m sure it’s stated somewhere but we just pulled in. Mostly rating for the attitude and lack of help maneuvering the menu-but hey it’s Portland. It’s to be expected.

Great cup of coffee and amazing vegan options. Some vegan places are hit and miss, but this was an absolute HIT. From the cream cheese options for my bagel to the scone to the latte with delicious oatmilk, it was well worth the stop!
