I tried to install my own car stereo and didn't get something right. They reinstalled it for me. They were fast, professional and their customer service was outstanding. I would recommend them and use them again

I had a remote starter installed when I bought my Toyota Highlander. I have had it into Toyota for a battery drain problem. They wanted to check it out with the remote disconnected. I went into the 701 shop to ask a question so I could get back to Toyota while they had it in shop. I was told I couldn't ask any questions without a service ticket. The guy at the desk didn't even understand how an alternator worked. I told him if I had no customer support I would not be considering the starter I need to put in my F150. He told me "thats your perogative" in a very rude, unprofessional tone. I would not recomend doing business with 701 customs.
