Tires Plus

Can't do a half star. Took them 2 hours to patch a tire and telling me there was no hole. Meanwhile I found the hole last night and marked it with a paint dobber. After finally finding the patch that was never there according to them. Get in the car and it is covered with hand prints and oil/rubber marks. I'd recommend NW tire from here on out. Pathetic.

Always A+ service! I visited the Valvoline Oil Center today for an oil change. Ashley was great to work with. The technician checked every detail and found a nail in my tire in a spot that was not repairable. Ashley gave me a coupon for a new tire. I drove right to the other side and explained that I had a trip out of town tomorrow. They gave me a quote for a new tire and got me right in this afternoon to replace it.

Whenever I have an issue with my daughter's vehicle, Tires Plus's well trained staff has got me covered. They were super quick and friendly and were able to schedule me in and fix the issue with absolutely no hassle. There's no doubt in my mind they've got me as a repeat customer.

I went in today for an oil change. They were fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I typically change my own oil, but but this is a good place for people who don't. It's especially nice that Tires Plus has three bays, so no appointment is needed and they still get you through quickly.

Luke was great at getting me the tires I wanted!!! Thank you so much! And everyone else was great to as far as helping and giving me a courtesy ride to go shopping! Thank you all!
