Bought a 2015 from Chris Fast. I knew what I wanted and got what I wanted and so much more! He did great at taking care of my headlight issue and my key fob. As for Vic in finance he was great until my paperwork was lost. My car was totaled and I turned in my paperwork to get my taxes back I paid on my new car. Waited the time frame and then was told my paperwork was missing and never submitted. Spoke with Nicole F. Who was very nice and was offered to have a check cut for the amount I was owed until a new document came in from my bank. I asked to pick it up vs. mailing it. On Thursday I was told it would be ready next week. I called in Monday and left a voicemail and no call back, called twice on Tuesday and left a voicemail. I came into Ryan and spine with Brittany and received my check in Wednesday. Outside of all these minor but major issues it had been a great experience.

Took my son to get a vehicle.the staff were awesome. I was able to bring my little dog in. This place hands down is the place to go. Thank-you Ryan Chevrolet.

Excellent customer service. Helped me take care of an oil change quick and 20 minutes later my vehicle was done.

Terrible customer service. took my vehicle in for an oil change and fuel filter change and also had a few things needing repaired covered under warranty, my service writer was next to impossible to get a hold of and didn't return my calls. When I went to pick up my truck the service writer had left already and the cashier could not tell me what had been done or what my bill was for. It's been over a month since the service writer told me he would run repairs through warranty company and get back to me. I've heard nothing. On top of this, the navigation which is the part needing replace under warranty now no longer displays the back up camera when in reverse and the other issue was vehicle was getting terrible fuel mileage, like almost half what it should get, the service advisor told me that it was supposed to be like that..... Riiiiigghhht, my newer vehicle is supposed to get 9 mpg, that's bs. Come Ryan Chevrolet, get you service department in check because so far it's been a terrible experience and I'm not sure anything can be done to change my ooinion
