Wish I could give it 0 stars.... Bought a new alternator for my Jetta at this store, put it in and for the life of me couldn't find out why my car was still not keeping a charge. Months later got fed up with it and took it to a shop. Spent 500 bucks for them to tell me I was sold the wrong alternator. Went to take it back to Oreillys in Minot and they will not refund me for the part because it was sold to me in the wrong box. So the part number doesn't match the box number and was told by the clerk at oreillys that they never sold us the alternator in the first place. The shop I took my Jetta to get fixed at, said that this has been a HUGE issue and a majority of the cars they fix are due to wrong parts being sold and customers cant get their money back. Both myself and the shop encourage everyone to steer clear. Do NOT buy car parts here.

They really helped me out when my battery died. Honored the warranty got me a replacement that was an upgrade, and handled it all very quickly.
