I had an incredible experience with Israel Perez. He was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with an 08 Chevy Equinox! He went above and beyond to get me a bunch of additional information to ensure everything was taken care of with the vehicle I just bought. I did get my vehicle from the clearence section of the shop, but Israel was phenomenal. Very very grateful to have had the experience that I've had at this great establishment.

This review is in reference to their service dept. We've been in several times for oil change and tire issues, and they are the most courteous, honest and professional staff I've ever experienced! They are always busy, which could make it easy for them to overlook polite and thoughtful customer service , but they never miss a beat. Wo t take my car anywhere else.

Minot Automotive has been through a red vehicles with our family, we finally decided to buy a newer one as of yesterday 3/30/18. And we are more than pleased. Jeff Froseth, Justin, Sales Manager and Cody Smith a team leader are amazing guys! Don’t forget the guys in service too! Scott and Brandon have been awesome! Everyone is so great!

Representatives are approachable and knowledgeable. They want to get you in the right vehicle and will work with you financially. They were not pushy like most car salesmen. Phil was great!

We stopped in for some air on our way back home, we were greeted by a young lady by the name of Addie. She was so very sweet and courteous! I have never been treated so well! I wish we could bring our tuck here whenever we need work done just because you folks are so wonderful and professional. Keep up the good work!
