Bismarck Motor Company

Bought a new titan xd. Have had truck for 6 months and put 14500 miles on it. The paint looks like I have spent the entire time following a gravel truck (I have hardly been on any gravel with the truck or followed any gravel trucks since it was owned mostly in winter months). The paint has chipped all over the hood and a few places on the side of the truck. Bismarck motor and Nissan have decided to no fix the issue and I own an expensive truck with chips all over the paint.

Bismarck Motor Company, by far, is absolutely amazing! They were quick, convenient, and truly a blessing over the holidays. My vehicle was scheduled for an appointment and the service charge was going to cost me $350 a day before Christmas. Much to my surprise, A representative called me back to confirm my appointment and also told me that they were going to cover the cost to fix my vehicle. I bought my 2007 Honda accord ten years ago and couldn't be more happier with the customer service and skilled technicians they have provided me all these years. A huge thanks to BLAINE! He is great and awesome at what he does!

I have had nothing but difficulties with Bismarck Motor Company. Their service takes too long and they do not offer good deals on vehicles. I have had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change and 1 hr 45 min for one tire change. When I talk with the supervisor about issues with their service, I am repeatedly told that they will "investigate the issue." Then I hear nothing from them. Seriously disappointed that they have not given me the same service as I hear from other people. If you're looking for reliability, I would never recommend Bismarck Motor Company.

Great customer service scheduled my vehicle for warranty work and had no problems them getting the part and scheduling within a reasonable time. Also the waiting room is great with the coffee bar and greet seating area.

Bismarck Motor Company's Honda shop is the best. Came in at my scheduled time, they got rolling and took care of everything, keeping me in the loop the whole time, and gave Pearl a bath when they were done. The coffee shop is an added bonus. Thanks, Bill Bianco, for selling Pearl to me and introducing me to the great folks here.
