I would recommend this place to all friends and family if they're looking for a new vehicle. They do trade in your old vehicles and use the value to finance a new vehicle. All together it's just a wonderful environment with friendly welcoming people.

Great customer service, made a nice impression. They were more than willing to stay late to finish up final details. We appreciate the overall business model for sales and trade-ins.

Before going to Kupper, we had an appt to test drive a vehicle at a different dealership. Well, when we arrived to the other dealership, the vehicle was pulled up, and we immediately saw rust on the passenger side. This was not disclosed to us prior to our visit. That left a bad impression on us so we left and after calling Kupper and visiting with Tom, he met us in the parking lot, and then referred us to Tyler. We could not have had a better experience with Tyler! He is an enthusiastic salesman, and we felt he had honest communication with us. It took a while to get our paperwork settled as it was a busy day but Tyler kept chatting with us to pass the time. Before we left, he made sure we had our phone app working correctly as well. It's very apparent that the staff of Kupper enjoy working here as everyone we encountered had great customer relations! Thank you! Also, their detailing team does a great job on the vehicles!!

These guys made the impossible, possible!! They are very courteous, and go above and beyond. Jeremy and Mike made and awesome team and got things done quick. I highly recommend these guys they really put the consumer first.

The team at Kupper came through HUGE. My car needed a PCV cover replaced, and since I live in Iowa, this was a job that needed to get done ASAP so I could get back to work and back to my family. I was back on the road within 1.5 hours. They were a life saver. When I need a new vehicle, I will certainly be contacting them, they deserve the sale. I recommend them to anyone reading this.
