702 Computer Repair

My father-in-law has been going to Robert for years for all his computer repair needs, and raves about the quality of service he receives. Due to my father-in-law's age, he has needed a fair bit of computer support for a number of things over the years, and he trusts no one but Robert. During my visit from out of town this week, I got to meet Robert when we went to pick up my father-in-law's laptop. I was very impressed with Robert's patience and professionalism dealing with my father-in-law. I was also impressed with the extra steps Robert took to make my father-in-law's desktop as user friendly as possible. This is a huge help to a senior who is not used to the tech world we live in. Robert really seems to care about his clients getting good service and making sure they understand what he has done. I really feel good about my father-in-law being looked after by Robert.

I have gone to Bob twice to get my computers repaired so far and it's been a quick, easy, and respectably priced experience both times. The first time I had an LCD replaced on an old Laptop and the second I had a Graphics card replaced on a Desktop PC. Both jobs were done perfect and could not appreciate it more. Definitely recommend him to every person if they have computer issues!

Friendly and very helpful. Worked with me on what my options were. Would definitely recommend and revisit. As a matter of fact I'm going there after work today to get a laptop screen repair quote. He as highly recommend to me by one of the shops next door that had used him in the past.

Absolutely great service! I came in close to tears after my hard drive died after my computer fell, 702 Computer Repair took the time to explain to me what happened and tried to salvage my data. In addition, walked me through my options for repair vs buying a new laptop. Great prices and an authentic desire to help you out. I definitely recommend.

I used to take my last laptop to one of those general “iPhone/computer repair places” they never were able to fully solve the problems with my computer. Now I took my laptop to Bob here at 702 Computer Repair and he had it done in a day running better than ever! I’m happy I searched here and found his shop. I highly recommend it! A bonus is he’s super nice and very knowledgeable and asked me multiple times if I had any questions and if I do to go ahead and call in. I’ll be back If I have anymore issues.
