This is the best, most helpful, and caring small business I've ever done business with. Bobby was so patient and tried everything to help me retrieve lost data in my phone. He was a genius and super nice. My daughter also had a great experience here. Just the best. I drive in from Lake Las Vegas, about 20 miles, just because of Bobby. Highly recommended.

Every time I have had issues with computers, I phones etc, they get fixed as promised. They are straight up with their prices. I think that's fair. At least you know the minimum prices before authorizing repair. They have always been courteous to me. My teenage kids keep them in business lol.

Multi Billboard Hit Producer - Remixer - Writer 60 plus hits. This crew is off the charts amazing. I could write a book but the bottom line is they not only took the time to work out the issues with my hard drives but made sure I didn't lose any files, software and went above and beyond to make sure all software was working as before and took the time to make sure my G5 was clean and no other issues. They worked on an order Mac OS specially designed for my computer and recording studio and did extra testing to make sure no other problems came about. The price was half of what I was expecting to pay. Thanks Bob and Dean for taking pride in what you do and taking care of the special disasters that not even Apple will help fix.

My family dropped our WiiU off for repair (the 8th) and were told that the turn around would be 2-3 days. After not hearing anything from the company for 5 days (the 13th), I stopped in to the store. I was told that they were ordering a part (it had been ordered that day), and that it should be here in 5 days. Disappointed that the repair was already this delayed, I said ok. We called back on the 18th and were informed that the company just saw that the part had been cancelled and they needed to reorder (another 5 days). Finally, on the afternoon on the 23rd (15 days later from the initial drop off) we were told that the WiiU was ready. After having waited a half month to get our gaming system back, I asked if there was any type of recompense or compensation to make up for the additional wait time (remember, it was initially said to be 2-3 days). I was curtly told by the manager that I could either have the part taken out and be charged nothing or I could pay the full price (which I did). I understand that there can be circumstances beyond a company's control, but there is also customer service and relations that ARE within a company's control. Though our WiiU system did get repaired, the amount of time and more importantly, the lack of care or consideration of keeping customers warrants my 2 star rating of this business. I will not be returning as a customer and do not recommend this location to anyone.

They broke my phone. Paid $300 for a screen replacement and they gave me a used screen with dents on it. They damaged the sim card reader in the process and now I can't get phone calls. When we brought it back to them they were really bitchy and just said "you can't prove it". Absolute rip off
