It's a great spot. With good pillows and a good shower head and with an ideal location. Plus if you happen to get Gigi as the concierge/ lobby attendant then it can just about improve the entire quality of your life.

Moved into 777 South Broad in the last week of august.  A huge changeover date.  Tim property manager and Kate concierge had time slots very organize and were on site on a Saturday. The move in went smoother than expected.  The apartment was very clean and well kept when we moved in.  Tim followed up multiple times to see if our move was going well and if we needed anything.  The apartment building is very well kept with thorough cleanings every morning.  The lobby is beautiful with extra rooms to throw private parties or just go down for a quick game of pool.  The roof top deck is great with a great view of center city, a TV, and plenty of lounge chairs and a bathroom.  Would recommend this building to anyone.

My husband and I have resided here for 2 1/2 years and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve lived here throughout the pandemic and have never felt our health or safety were compromised. We always know the standard of cleanliness is high and the staff is always quick to help and respond. Kate, April, Portia, and past concierges like Maurice and Maria are always so personable and helpful. Doug, Willfredo, Mustafa, and Henry ensure the facilities are always working perfectly and the kept clean. We hope to continue living here for years to come.

Let me tell you, moving into an apartment with kids from a huge house is extremely scary but Kate, Will, Henry, Tim and the other staff has truly made our move in so smooth and welcoming. Everyone here is so kind & helpful. The only regret I have is not choosing this place as soon we toured it. I was looking for something else not realizing this was our new home all along. It’s a smaller building but with a diverse crowd of residents and yet everyone seems to love it here. And to whoever is cooking those delicious smelling meals, please invite us over already .

I love this place, phenomenal people. Gym was awesome! Brandon is fantastic, very good at taking time to listen to me and other people around campus, and was always great at executing the solutions to any problems. The culture is great, wonderful vibes with the people. I was able to get quality sleep, and the bathrooms were very solid. Overall, anyone can find this experience to be very enjoyable. I would live here again if I worked in the area

What makes most things great or amazing is the experience you have. I have been here 5 days and the experience is amazing. The pre-leasing meeting, the follow ups, the professionalism, the meeting every expectation I have has been 5 stars all the way. The staff, especially Amazing Anya and Nate have been just fantastic along the way so far. Looking forward to an amazing journey here at 777!  My only issue so far is the noise overhead. However, the community has a good neighbor policy and I have met the upstairs neighbors with the noise it is just loud walking, can't hear other noise. They have been super nice and have tried to calm it down. It is not really their fault, it is just the building construction is wood and noise transfers.  Have to update after being here a few weeks - the folks that run the building are AMAZING! Ready to jump in and help, super personable and friendly and the front 'desk' concierge are also super amazing and always willing to help when needed! You don't find this just anywhere.

My roommate and I moved in August 2018 in what felt like a “meant to be” series of events. We had been apartment hunting for weeks and felt very disappointed with our options. We walked in to 777 to see if anyone was available to give a tour. Fortunately, Brandon could show us a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. As soon as we walked in, my roommate and I looked at each other and we knew we were home. We signed the lease an hour later. The apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space. There’s plenty of light with the floor to ceiling windows.  The staff and amenities also make the 777 feel like home. Brandon and everyone who works at 777 are super helpful and friendly. There’s a great roof deck and gym which we use all the time. The electronic key pads make access secure and much easier to accommodate guests. Our guests also love visiting us at 777!  We just renewed our lease! We look forward to another great year at 777!

I've been in Philly for 7 years now and 777 is the best place I've stayed since coming, hands down. The rooms are beautiful and the building is well maintained. The manager, Brandon, legitimately cares and handles requests SO quickly. The concierge and guest parking makes having friends over super easy. It's across the street from Sprout the best grocery store in Philly, Target, Chipotle, etc. Oh and the view of the city from the roof is 10/10.

We absolutely commend Anya Gajian on her new role as Community Manager.  She definitely brings a  positive atmosphere to our 777 community.  Anya’s commitment to detail and thorough follow through is exactly what makes this a wonderful place to live.  She always makes herself available and you never have to feel like you are interrupting her as you are ALWAYS her first priority. When you enter the building and say hello it always feels so good to hear those words”welcome home”!!!

We recently moved into this building after receiving an amazing tour and being told that we would have easy access to the garage, 24/7 concierge it was specifically stated during the tour, and move in, that someone would always be at the front desk, and a quick responding maintenance team. Our lease started and we couldn't move in right away because they had not finished prepping the apartment, fine we figured not a big deal, we walked around the apartment quick to see what needed fixing on our own, informed them of our list, and gave them an extra week. Our list including simple things that you would want in an apartment like doors that close and drawers that open. After several requests and nearly a month our drawers remain broken and a door is still damaged. Aimco management is terrible at communicating with residents. They switched to the the Luxor package system, which is fine, but failed to mention the initial sign up fee, and the fee if you don't pick up a package within 3 days so it seems it's on us to dispute charges if someone sends us any packages while out of town. Then they got rid of 24/7 concierge saying that leasing will fulfill some of those duties during the day. Leasing is never there and on several occasions the front door has been propped open with no one in sight, all strangers are welcome to get in the building. There is also a call line and when I used it I was not asked for any credentials so anyone can get in number posted at the entrance. Since this change we have already had some stranger in our "private" garage looking through cars. Cops had to be called. This is only week one... They also never gave us the garage strip for our car so the only way to get in is by calling and waiting. Not to mention they abruptly let go some very friendly staff to save money with these new changes honestly these employees factored largely into our decision to move in. We are not getting what we were offered... There was a day where the fob readers weren't working but there was someone at the front desk. If that happens now everyone will be expected to call and who knows if they will even be able to access things that are already glitchy. They shouldn't be removing any services until the expected services like code entry are installed. Disappointed... Hope it gets better.
