Very good cupcakes but they never have enough hours I can never make it there hardly I don’t know how they stay in business because they hardly are open im about to just start buying somewhere else cause I can never get there in time!

5 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I told myself,if I make it to 65 I was gonna have a party.Well, 65 came! My husband placed an order for 14 cupcakes. He went and picked them up just before closing. Our 12 guests came and we had a great time, until we plated the cupcakes. What?? Only 12? good grief! So, I told my husband, we weren't going to eat one,because our guests came first! How embarrassing! He called 83 when they opened next and was told. "Well, we make mistakes" Very indignant! No offer to refund, replace, nothing! Said he paid for 12, so,whats the problem! They DID remember that the order was for 14, but....they said well, were used to by the dozens. What kind of an excuse is that???? Horrible. I gave this one star,because one guest said the cupcake was good. Other than that, I wont be using 83 any more. AND neither will any of my guests! Shame on you for such HORRIBLE customer service!

Everytime I have ate their delicious sweets I have enjoyed it very much. Cupcakes always fresh, never disappointed.
