I decided to do business with this local shop because I met a nice representative in the past at a networking event. I gave them a proof to print brochures out for a presentation, and I was told that they'd match exactly the colors I'd see in the proof. When they came at my doorstep, some of the colors were way off and the borders in the folds were off-kilter. I tried reasoning with them and asked for a refund. No such luck.... Poor customer service. No callbacks even though I left a few voice messages at their office. Declined to issue a refund. Even claimed the colors were the responsibility of my designer although I was assured the brochures would look just like how I wanted them in the proof I sent them. Would I do business with them again? A big, fat NO!
