I have been to plenty of farmers markets before, but I have never seen so many different foods at the same place. They have everything! Fruits, vegetables, honey, fish, turkey, and plants. Definitely a one-stop-shop.
You can drop off your food scraps every Friday - they are always super friendly and chatty : There is everything here from fresh meet, dairy, fish, bread and veggies. Prices are high as expected, but great local products.
She wolf bakery was there! Duck farm was not. The market is sweet though.
Some excellent local meat, fish and vegetables. Fish and shellfish from LI is as fresh as you can get, one of the few places where you can get calamari with their ink sac intact in case you're trying some fancy recipes .. Also meat etc from pigs raised humanely outside in wooded areas, specialty mushrooms ..
The selections are minute Yet the staff are informed & hospitable. Prices are better than the supermarket, everything is fresh, vegetables, baked goods, honey.....
I loved it. Many different food stands with many kinds of organic foods. Meat, jams, veggies N fruit's, and even baked goods. I had to purchase a giant Crumb cake. N it was delicious. Definitely Will purchase from here again
Grateful for the market, fresh fruit and vegetables, apple cider is delicious
We're lucky in New York to have great farm to table/organic green markets. This one is no different. In Summer tons of vendors during the Winter fewer but still great quality. Also has composting through grow NYC as well as an energy company which helps con ed customers switch to 100% wind energy
Such a lovely market- this street has more room than some of the others. So many good vendors, including my fave She Wolf bread. Also, walk up free covid testing!
A decent selection of somewhat local merchants selling fresh in-season items. A great place to stock up on the essentials veggies, milk, break, cheese and desserts along with a good selection of meats and seafoods. In this area, its also a win-win as the products are cheaper, fresher and more local than buying at the nearby Gristedes.
