At 9Round you get a full body workout every time your there. Katie and Matt, the trainers are there to motivate and help you out with form and moves along the way. You work at your own skill level, on your own time schedule...the place is great!
This gym is awesome! Great full body workout in a quick 30 minutes. And the trainers are so helpful and encouraging. Even if you've never been kickboxing before, you need to try this gym!
