A-1 Safe Storage

Over the past several years I have rented a storage unit a couple different times with A-1 and I can definitely say everything exceeded my expectations. I was a little leery with renting a storage unit in the first place because of the horror stories Ive heard about other storage unit businesses. After much research I came across A-1 Safe Storage. I was blown away with the professionalism of Paul and their willingness to go above and beyond to help out the customer. He was extremely helpful with fitting me with a unit that suited my needs. Their facility is also a step above all the rest. The units are clean and well taken care of as are the grounds. To top it all off there is a security access gate to give you piece of mind. If you are in need of a storage unit you will not regret this decision......This will be my go to storage place for all my needs!!!

This business took 2 months of payment out of our checking account after the contract was cancelled and has not repaid it nor returned our security deposit. He acknowledged the error back in November but as of April has not repaid the funds. The owner does not answer his phone or emails.

Not a good experience. After I canceled my storage agreement, I got my deposit back and thought we were all set. Was great to work with and was pleased with my experience. Then six months later I get an email that was a receipt from A-1 for a storage unit I did not have nor the time it indicated. Tried reaching out via email and phone but no response. Next thing I knew, A-1 illegally charged my credit card without my agreement. Awful business practice.

Very convenient. Always accessible. I was looking for a place that I felt safe storing my car, because it had been my dad's and it is very sentimental as he passed away last year. I had never needed a storage facility before, but Paul made it very easy. I was glad I chose A1. I had no anxiety this winter storing it there. Very secure and well lit. Unit stayed dry. I would highly recommend A1 safe storage!!!

I had an awesome experience with Paul at A-1. I was in desperate need of a storage unit (never had to have one before) and Paul was very kind and understanding as well being patient with someone that had no idea what to do. He's fair and thoughtful and willing to work with you. I would recommend his facility to anyone that needs storage. Just talk to him...he's very helpful. Always accessible-easy to get to and in-as well as excellent security at the property. I felt safe that my belongings were going to be ok.
