First off the main guy Clark Stevens seams like a good guy but don't move out. They have charged me $4500+ on cleaning bills after I moved out keep on mind I paid $1500 deposit before setting foot in said place 312 hickerson st. The neighborhood was full of drugs and shootings. The unit I stayed in was filthy upon arriving and had burns on the walls. I left a cumbersome couch and a hole in the master and was told that was 4500 in damages.. do not move in its not worth the trouble.
