I have had a long-term relationship with these folks and have been very happy with the service and attention I received. They did great work on both of the Hondas that I brought to them and now they are taking care of my Jaguar. It is because of their thorough checking that I was able to avoid a used car that would have ended up being nothing but trouble. I feel the rates are fair and they will probably be the only auto repair shop that I will use.

They can earn the stars for completing good work within the time frame quoted, but they certainly aren't easily affordable. I had a clutch replaced and the price was significantly more than I anticipated. Beyond that, I received a call midway through the job that started with "good news, we saved you a few bucks" only to then let me know some other part/service was needed to complete the job. When the net total goes UP, that's not "saving a few bucks" in my world. Beyond that, I got to the counter and went to pay, only to find they'd forgotten the cost of some of the liquids in their estimate - price went up another $100. Needless to say, I'm probably not heading back here. Very friendly, but I'm not sure I'd call this one value.
