I first discovered Chapman Auto Repair after we had brought my girlfriends Jetta here after receiving extremely poor service from Volkswagen South Coast. So when it came time to get the 60,000 service on my 2013 Dodge Challenger I figured I would bring it in to Chapman Auto. I had done some general research online and had priced out that my service would probably be in the $400-$500 range. When I called CA and spoke with Alan, he had informed me that they understand that the dealership has a list of recommended service points, but that they prefer to have one of their technicians review the vehicle, and make recommendations. So I brought my car in Saturday morning for an oil change and inspection. Nick at the front desk was extremely personable and very friendly. He took my keys, asked a few questions and I was on my way. That afternoon I got a phone call from Nick saying that my oil change was completed and the vehicle had even been washed. He then gave me the great news that their tech had no recommended services and the car was in great shape. So what I was prepared to have been a $500 or so weekend ended up only costing me $54. I greatly appreciate that kind of service and honesty. I can guarantee that had I brought the car into the dealership they probably would have done the same tests, did absolutely no work to the car and still charged me for the full service. It's hard to find a honest mechanic these days, so this experience was greatly refreshing. I will certainly be bringing my vehicle back to Chapman Auto and recommending all my friends and family to do the same.

This was my first time going to Chapman Auto Repair. They were recommended to me so I decided to take my care there for an oil change. The experience was great. The staff is amazingly friendly and professional. I was assisted by Rene, both over the phone and in person. He was great to work with. The waiting area is clean and inviting. I look forward to paying them another visit when the time comes for my car's next oil change. Keep up the great work and service.

Fair and honest work. These guys have now rebuilt a transmission on my Ford F150 as well as replaced both motor mounts. I've had them do tune ups and oil changes as well. They are always up front about the costs and Alan and the staff's communication is excellent. Is it the cheapest shop in town, no. Do they got the job done right, Yes. I highly recommend Chapman Auto.

Very happy I found Chapman Auto Repair! Efficient, on time with my appointment. Staff very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Clean, comfortable waiting room - with popcorn! I went for a smog check, but I was so impressed I will bring all my future auto repair needs to Chapman Auto Repair. My second visit to Chapman yesterday for oil change. They caught a broken motor mount which I also had replaced. When I picked my car up it was cleaned inside and out - even the tires were gleaming! Love this place!
