I've been coming to A Matter of Health for over five years now. It's the closest 'healthy store' and I am so grateful that we have it here! They carry a lot of vegetarian and vegan items, which I love! They have small selection of organic produce - you'll find everything you need. The prices are very reasonable. Shopping at A Matter of Health covers about 50% of my grocery shopping. All of the staff are always very friendly and anytime I had a question (sometimes super specific!) they had an answer right there on the spot! I was very impressed with their knowledgeability on various occasions!

This place is one of the best healthy stores in town. They offer healthy and organic food. I love this store.

Love this store. Huge selection of vegan, organic, healthy food. They carry a lot of brands. Some products are pricy though.
