A Natural Look

I'm from South Carolina and I was looking for a professional hair replacement place that could do men's hair systems. I came to Charlotte and was recommended highly to checkout A Natural Look. So I visited the establishment and I can say from walking through the door I was blown away from how professional the staff was. There was no waiting they made me feel like I was top priority. I was giving a walk through of the facility and given a consultation the same day. I scheduled my appointment came back and when they were done I could not believe how great my hair looked. I almost didn't recognize myself . I'm so happy with A natural Looks service. Thanks a lot to them I'm a new customer for life.

I am a hair stylist and I am sad at how some salons abuse people who have lost their hair and come for them for help. I have a client that got a wig from ( A Natural look ) shop. The wig was wet when she got it, the lace was already cut and the cap had a wide plastic strip around the perimeter. The person who sold it told her she washed it because the hair was shiny. She came to me to install it and a the hair shed, shed, shed like crazy. After a month's wear the wig is completely bald in the back and around the perimeter where the plastic is. I am calling you out because this woman paid $900 for a seemingly used and balding wig. Shame on you (A NOT natural look salon) to sum it up in one word.... KARMA!!!!!
