I would give the CHARLOTTE/NC office, ZERO stars if I could. I scheduled a consultation for 12/22/2017 at 4:00PM. My husband and I arrived there at 3:40PM, I filled out a form and we waited, waited, waited... At 4:30PM someone turned off the waiting room lights! They didn’t even know that we were there still waiting! My husband told the employee at the reception that we were going to leave and his answer was: “Ok, thank you!” P.S. A gentleman who arrived AFTER my husband and I, saying that he was LATE, had his appointment honored.
