A New Beginning Florist

At first, I was very pleased with my experience here. I had stopped in before my daughter's prom and they were very helpful with explaining the different options she had for everything, since the prices were much higher than I expected they let me pay for half then and the other half the day before I picked up her flowers so all of that was great. I picked up the flowers the day before her prom and they looked amazing! Had everything stayed that great, I would have given 5 stars. Since I did get the flowers the day before, they told me what I had to do to keep them fresh, and I did. So after running around with my daughter all day doing everything we had to do, it was the big moment and time for her to go. She went to go get the flowers out of the fridge and all the flowers were just about dead. Since it was 7 at night, i knew they were closed and there was nobody for me to call. After spending almost 120.00 on flowers and to have them dead on the day of my daughter's prom, i was very disappointed. If you want to spend 120.00 on flowers and have them dead on your daughter's first prom, this is the place you want to go to

I used A New Beginning Florist for my wedding and I cannot express how fabulous they were! Jenifer was so easy to work with. She responded quickly to emails and brought my vision to life within my budget. All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and my bouquet encompassed everything I wanted to tie it all together. I'm so happy I chose A New Beginning for my special day

I use A New Beginning Florist almost monthly, and they always make sure to get me out of the dog house! The flowers always look amazing and it’s unbelievable how long they stay alive! They take the time to ensure the arrangements or bouquets are perfect and I appreciate that from them so much. Highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Needed an empty vase to be filled on Valentine's Day....all the staff was working diligently and doing so with smiles on their faces. I was told I could wait for my flowers that I picked out to go into my empty vase or come back. I chose to come back (ran some errands) I paid before I left and thought man I hope it looks good.......I returned to find out the designer Jennifer I think who also might be owner? Wowed me beyond belief. I think I got WAY more than I paid for and holy schnikeys I know this arrangement will be appreciated by more than just me! When I do flowers again I already know where I will go. This was a super experience and has me eager to return. Thank you to all the ladies in the place that were jovial and hard-working... extra special thank you to Jennifer! I see why you are voted best in Moore, Oklahoma! Respectfully, Bryan Moore Oklahoma

Great customer service! We stopped to see what they had for corsages for the prom. I didn't get the names of the 2 different young ladies that helped us but they was great. No pressure to buy and showed us examples of the inexpensive to expensive with the same enthusiasm. Needless to say we did go ahead and place an order. I will definitely make this my florist of choice in the future.
