I’ve always used Broadway Florist to send my Mom flowers for her birthday as I like to patronize local businesses; however, based on today’s experience I will be looking for another florist due to the lack of attention to detail. I received a message from my Mom this morning which said “Thanks for the flowers. I assume they are from you.” I found that odd until she sent a picture of the card which had her name as the sender. (Her name was also on the outside of the card as the receiver). I was also disappointed with the picture she sent of the flowers as all I could see were 4 carnations. I video called her to see them and most of the flowers were on the back of the arrangement. It appears the bow and card were put on what should have been the back. Again, my disappointment today is simply with the lack of attention to detail on something I would have liked to have been perfect rather than a family joke about why she sent herself backwards flowers for her birthday.
Edited: After a phone call to follow up on this since I couldn't reply to the comment asking for more information, Broadway Florist delivered another much nicer flower arrangement for my Mom's birthday. Thanks for the customer service.

I am so happy with my numerous experiences with Scherry at Broadway Florist. From prom corsages, to valentine's and mother's day gifts, Scherry always impresses. My fiance, who is overseas, contacted her to send me flowers for our anniversary. They were so beautiful and absolutely made my day. We have decided to use them for our wedding and I am so excited to see how our flowers turn out. I know they will be fantastic!

Originally my opinions about this florist were fantastic- she was open minded and reasonably priced for my wedding. We met a second time and she was very sweet again and we went through all the details (she was a little scattered and forgot I was coming in but she had a lot going on that day so I thought nothing of it.) On my wedding day it was agreed that she would hang the arch piece that we paid for as part of the delivery but when it was dropped off the florist was adamant that they would not hang it up. It was left with my family with an hour until the ceremony even though I had discussed hanging the arch the week before over the phone (where I was informed they would bring zip ties and that they could hang it up in no time) Very disappointed.
***EDIT: I was informed the delivery fee would cover both the drop off and hanging of the flowers.

Don’t make the same mistake I did! 8 months later Scherry still hasn’t given me the $200 back that she said she would. Working with Broadway Florist was the worst headache that still has not ended.
Back in August I made the worst decision hiring Broadway Florist to do flowers for my wedding. I was looking forward to their years of experience and expecting great things.
1st appointment Scherry was late, no big deal. 2nd appointment she didn’t even show up after I drove out to the shop. Scherry upped my bottom line price (from our initial consultation) AFTER she made sure I paid my deposit. I was very concerned and at our next meeting, with my coordinators and Scherry, I addressed my concern and frustration with the above-stated. Scherry immediately got VERY defensive, she did not make an effort to right the wrongs. I told her that based on this record I didn’t trust her, and at that point she said very aggressively that if I didn’t trust her then I should find another florist. I agreed. She said she would mail me a check returning my deposit, and if anyone doubts that - she left me a voicemail reiterating that she would return my $200 deposit (I still have the recording). That meeting left my coordinators in shock that she was so aggressive and hostile.
Since then I have followed up and Scherry claimed to have sent the check, but offered no proof. My friends and my husband have also followed up but Scherry has been hostile toward them and has refused to write the check.
I would like to have this resolved, but Broadway Florist has made no effort and has been uncivil.
