Story

A New Millennium, Inc. is Albuquerque’s top spray foam insulation contractor. We opened with one mission—to provide the highest quality spray foam roof systems and building insulation while keeping overhead low so that we could offer the most competitive price.

A New Millennium, Inc. was founded in 2001 by President, Rodney Rael, an experienced spray foam applicator. Mr. Rael recognized that attracting the best talent was key to both offering a quality product and keeping overhead low because the quality of a spray foam job is determined by on-site factors, like the ratio of spray foam components and evenness of application. The application teams at A New Millennium, Inc. have over 90 years of combined experience, the most of any spray foam insulation contractor in New Mexico.

The applicators at A New Millennium, Inc. carry higher licenses and credentials than those required for spray foam application. Our applicators are certified with three of the major spray foam manufacturers:

As a spray foam insulation contractor, A New Millennium, Inc. carries a New Mexico GB-98 license (general building contractor), rather than the GS (building specialty) license required for roofing and insulation, allowing us to perform roof repairs as necessary before applying spray foam roof systems. We are BBB-accredited and a fully licensed, bonded and insured company.

A New Millennium, Inc. uses the latest digital and computer controlled Reactor proportioners, which are designed to alert applicators in the event of an error that could compromise the integrity of the spray foam. But A New Millennium, Inc. has gone one step further. Rather than just be notified by beeps that something may be wrong, we reprogram our equipment to shut down if sensors detect an error so that there is no chance that we install sub-standard quality foam insulation.
