A Shining Star Limousine LLC

A Shining Star Limousine Company is ANYTHING BUT a star!!! My 90-year-old Mother has been using this company for over 20 years. Dominick, the owner, has been her contact and driver for many of her trips as well as other family members. She had scheduled her reservation with Dominick to pick her up at Newark Airport on June 3rd, to take her to the adult community where she lives, months in advance. She called Dominick to remind her of her booking several days before her trip to NJ, and he had forgotten all about her booking and was glad she reminded him. Dominick is well aware of my Mother’s age and her physical condition. She uses either a walker and or a cane given her health issues. With all this knowledge, Dominick sent a high Shuttle van to pick her up!!! She couldn’t get into the passenger area of this high van and tried to get to the front passenger seat. She bumped her leg getting in and it was bleeding profusely and bled throughout the long trip home to South Jersey. The next day, it is still bleeding – she will be seeing a doctor today, and if she’s not better, may have to go to the hospital! My Sister called Dominick to discuss what happened, and instead of apologizing, he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND TERSE!!! That is no way to deal with a long-time customer. Needless to say, my family will NEVER use this company again!!! I hope that people who read this, will not have to deal with this company as there are many fine limousine companies out there.

Very poor customer service. Simple misunderstanding lead to him hanging up on me and then refusing to take my calls.

I paid for a Lincoln stretch limo and they sent a bus. Bottom line, I'm never using this company again.
