Having had 2 elderly parents with frequent transports from hospitals, to rehabs, to orthopedic appointments, I can attest that this service it THE WORST!!!! Never less than 2 hours late, usually worse than that. That said, my dad has a transport pending from a rehab to a doctor's appointment next week-stay tuned...

Where is the -5 star rating option? I guesss, 1 star is the lowest you can rate them, which is what they deserve. You have to watch out how they bill you. When they make mistakes due to their poor knowledge about medical billing,, they want to pin the responsibility on you! EVEN AFTER YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET ANOTHER $1168 FOR A SERVICE (literally a taxi cab ride) THAT YOU DO NOT WANT OR NEED, THEY ASSURE YOU THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY, AND THEN THEY WHAM YOU WITH ANOUTRAGEOUS BILL! It happened before, that's why I was cautious about using their service. The tip of the iceberg is though, that when you try to help them with their billing and give them instructions of how to do it, they become (Beth E. in particular) extremely rude and combative!!! Instead of trying to get the money from the insurance, they make it a personal quest to verbally assault you and get the money from you. If they wouldn't have this cozy arrangement with Bayshore Community Hospital, they would most likely out of business!

Great critical care transport department. Very professional and dependable.

Was transported from hospital to rehab center. Driver had no clue how to go even with a gps
