A&W All American Food

The food was not that bad at all. The problem very long wait times. It was not very busy, and it took close to 25 minutes from getting in line to getting our food. There was only one person doing both registers for both restaurants, and he was bringing out the food. He was polite and trying his best.

Absolutely God awful, if I could leave a 0 star I would... First off terrible service, I went to fill my drink to see their pop machine flooding and the first employee simply says "man, that sucks" and then proceeded to walk away. After waiting half an hour for our food for our family of 6 more than half of the order was made incorrectly (which was never fixed) when we tried to get it fixed all the cashier said was "I typed the order in right." Don't waste your money here! Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

Poor service. The only guy who actually cared was the ONE cashier for TWO restaurants. The wait time for both A&Ws and Rocky Rococo's. Our order was also wrong. And took 45 minutes to come out. The cashier gave us a free shake because of that, but still.The waitress' pants were also half way down to his knees the whole time. This was a terrible experience. Don't come here

BEST PIZZA & BURGERS IN THE DELLS!!!! And D is best at what he does BURGERS PIZZA POSTA AND CUSTOMER SERVISE ON 110%

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich.. I received a crispy chicken.. no sandwich. I had a great time though!
