I never review but I have to beause this place made me so angry for there totally lack of customer consideration. If I could give this business zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience. I called to get an estimate they gave me one for $200 and a time frame of 2 weeks promising it would be done in time for our grand opening. Then they came out. The estimate went up to $1200. I understood it wasn't there fault but the time frame was still two weeks and he swore it would be there in time for grand opening. I emailed the design to him and he said it was no problem. SO I said ok and sent him a deposit of $500. As SOON AS HE GOT MY DESPOSIT he turn into the biggest jerk ever. He said my design was going to be difficult due to megapixels. I asked him to fix the design it was only letters and a leaf for gods sake. He said ok and then all of a sudden he was unable to meet my dead line. No apologies what so ever. He basically said Too bad you cant have your money back. In the end it showed up 2 weeks AFTER opening and it looked horrible. It looked as if someone sat at the computer stretched out the original picture as far as he could and printed it. It was horrible but he never once apologized or took any remorse. Total shock that he could be so rude. I would never recommend. Definitely go to wagon wheel.
