I had radiator coolant leaking from my Audi. The dealership was overbooked, so I was referred to Christensen Automotive. They work on Foreign and European cars. They identified the leak as coming from the back-up water pump. They ordered all of the replacement parts and the job was done in four hours. Great Job guys! Thank You Joe and Brandon! You're the best! That's the one on S. Decatur! Happy with the quality of the repair and the customer service!
To start, I am a car dealer in Kansas City. I had just driven 1400 miles to surprise my 2nd family's daughter and my good friend with her dream vehicle her parents and I made the trip and a vacation out of it. We got right outside Vegas when a noise started to occur. I was looking for a shop to take it to and get it diagnosed and couldn't believe how lucky I got. Joe D, buddy. Thank you so much! Absolute stand up guy. They are there to help and fix your problems, not overcharge or advise service you don't need. This is the place you want to use!! My friend now has her new local mechanic and we all have peace of mind. A+! Thanks again Joe! I really appreciate your help! - Corey K from KCService: General repairs & maintenance
Great service and they had my vehicle done sooner than promised.
It’s very good service and first They are very kind I satisfied their service!
Hmm where do I start. Well I read reviews from this place prior to taking my vehicle in, and was satisfied with them. So I took my car in to be looked at, I was hearing a popping noise from the suspension every now and then, and there was what sounded to me like a rubbing sound coming from the front passenger tire, it sounded like rubber rubbing against something. Left my car there all day, got a phone call saying that both axles on both sides on the front of the car were shot and needed to be replaced, needed new brakes, calipers and rotors on the front. The front passenger side wheel needed a wheel bearing and an alignment all totaling almost $3,000... I didn't agree with what they were telling me so I said I would be in to pick up my car. When I got there I was charged $128 diagnostic fee. Went to get a second opinion on the matter their diagnostic was free only to find out that it was just the tire that was bad, it was a defective run flat tire, changed the brakes while I was at it and she's good as new. Suspension is fine, no odd sounds coming from anywhere. It really disappoints me and has caused me to lose faith in mechanics I'm unfamiliar with because I want my mechanic to actually look at my car and tell me what's wrong with it, not just pick things out of a hat and tell me that this is the problem when it's not. Make sure you know at least a little bit about any problems your having and do your research so that your not charged mounds of money for stuff you don't need, is my advice to anyone!!!!
