AAA Alexandria Store

I have known the value of "Triple A" as we valled it. since I first had a driver's license. With only old secondhand cars, my parents knew the importance of having professional help a phone call away. For different reasons, today I visited the AAA office to pick up some paper maps and ask their advice on some directions. Sure, we all have apps, and some GPS maps but over the years, I have found the benefit of holding an old fashioned paper map to find a better way. The people were extremely helpful, patient and kind. They are an A+. For me, it is an investment in my security each time I am in my car.

Best AAA location I’ve ever been into. I first want to recognize the gentleman who helped me at the front desk, Syed Huda. Syed turned my day around as I had been in pouring down rain traffic for over five hours before arriving to the office. I was exhausted and looking to purchase an ez pass to decrease the remainder of my travel time. He welcomed me in, found my AAA account with ease, helped me pick out the product that was right for me then graciously let me use the restroom before heading back out on the road. Not only did he guide me through the experience with knowledge and ease, he was SO KIND. Genuinely kind. I left with a warm heart and smile on my face thinking “wow, I am so lucky to just have had a human experience with this gentleman in this moment”. I hope that Syed is recognized by this company for the truly professional, knowledgeable, warm person he is! -Cynthia.

Due to hurricane Ian, my Amtrak Auto Train was delayed for 5 hours, thus I arrived late to Lorton VA. train station. I was to drive to Queens NY for business cancelled to next day and needed help not being from the area Boston is my home and final destination. I just made it to the 2231 Eisenhower Ave. AAA office in Alexandria at approximately 5pm. Mr. Syed N. Huda at the front counter was so helpful. His assistance in providing me with a driving route and getting information on several hotels nearer to New York was so helpful. I wish to commend Mr. S. Huda for a job well done. Terrific service... in and out for international drivers license in about 10 minutes

Great people, very knowledgeable, in and out quickly. This office looks small but is quite large, once inside. I am traveling and would definitely use this office again.

Wonderful service and location. Thought Nhaque, 0001 was an excellent service provider. She told me about various AAA products and the benefits of the equipment I bought. She also offered information on AAA credit cards available for qualified customers. Her polite and informative manner was excellent. Hope AAA appreciates this lovely lady.

Called on the phone continuously for 15 minutes with no answer. Called their other location in Fairfax, which is completely out of my way, but they answered on the second ring. As far as customer service goes, I wouldn't know, I never got through to ever speak to anyone. Just to give them a chance, I called again and it rang for another 3 minutes. So 20 minutes of my day was taken up by dialing for 18 minutes, and 2 minutes to write this review, and still have no idea what their service is like. As a Premier Member, I was hoping to at least get a "Hello."

Syed was very helpful with my purchase of an EZ Pass and mounting accessories. World class customer service. Highly recommended!

Just experienced a very very serious gut wrenching experience last night off of I-95. The VA State Police made the entire situation HORRIBLE. VDOT didn't help at all neither! Very unprofessional!! One thing I can say however, you guys were EXCELLENT!!!! No words can express how thankful I am for all of the years of support you have given myself and my family. I'd give you all 1000 stars if I could. I have had you as a supplemental insurance for over 15 years, I will ensure that my grandchildren's children will have you as well!! Keep up the great work.
