This Agent values and his fellow agent over the value of his clients. As a new client i received refusal in there ability to assist me with my policy when asking to change offices. After repeatedly receiving poor service from another local agent, this agent said he values his relationship with the other agent over new business. It’s ashame that finding a helpful local agent is so hard.
