Mike carefully listened to the requirements came up with a short list of candidate vehicles, and had them all brought to his office, so all we had to do was show up, and we had 4 test drives in one hour! Once we made the final selection, Mike prepared all the paperwork, and had it all ready for us. The second meeting took literally 15 minutes, and we were on our way with the new car. It's so good to not have to submit to the dealer's games of back-and-forth with the sales manager, and all their upselling attempts. AAA Autosource is a great bonus for AAA members even worth the yearly membership if you are thinking of buying a car. Brian Owens took a great deal of time working with me. He listened to what I wanted in a used car, answered all of my endless questions, explained me through each step of the way, found the car that I want, test drove it with me, checked out the details of its history and then haggled with the dealer for me for a really great price. Just got my first car from them. Glad I did some research and found them. Worked with Eric Christensen and he was excellent. Only bad thing is they are not open on weekends, but Eric answered his cell when I called on Saturday and set me up Monday morning. Not really a dealership and none of the BS that goes with one. Great for a new car but when I needed help for a used car my request was back-burnered and lost in the shuffle with zero follow up. I ended up buying two used cars and spending $25k on my own without their help so it was a waste of time to ask for it.

Thinking about AAA RV plus ? DON'T DO IT ! They left me stranded on the side of the road and refused to tow me ! I even paid extra for the lack of service . Fortunately my State Farm Policy covers roadside service and they took care of me . Been with AAA over 20 years . But now I'm done !
