March 12, 2019 I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from IDrive Autohaus. I went through my bank’s car buying program, which lead me to Sami the owner at IDrive Autohaus. Like most of the other reviews Sami is a great guy, straight talker, no-BS, very easy going and VERY PATIENT! Buying a car can so anxiety provoking and unpleasant but Sami makes you feel very comfortable with a no pressure approach and really works with you to find the perfect car for you and at a reasonable price. I have to say that Sami kept his word at every turn during my car buying process. He simply walks you through the process, trying to make sure you've considered all aspects of buying the new car and selling the old car. He offered me a price for my trade-in sight un seen, that was within what I was going to ask for it. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. He went the extra mile and had the car looked over by Sunset Audi, had new tires put on it as well as a few extras including paying for my next service. I totally trust Sami and would recommend him to my family and friends when looking to purchase a car. Thanks again Sami!

Sammi, who is the owner, was very difficult to get ahold of to ask questions about a car. His vehicle was overpriced compared to others and lied saying he just got the vehicle. He's had a vehicle for over two months and tries to say he just got it. Additionally, he tries to hide online that the vehicle doesn't have a clean title and waits for you to show up to break the news, but tries using it to make the vehicle sound more valuable. I would stay clear of this place and Sammi, unless you want to overpay on promises of perfect vehicles.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sami and the team at iDrive. We just bought our 2nd car from him right around Thanksgiving. The car had some issues that Sami promised to take care of prior to purchase and he went above and beyond. He has been true to his word and very helpful in dealing with a couple issues that have come up since we took the car home as well, which very few dealers are willing to do once they have your money. I can honestly say that Sami has been the most honest and transparent person I have come across in doing this and I truly enjoy buying with iDrive.

Sami was great. I walked in to check out an uncommon Audi A3 diesel wagon on his lot. Right away I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge regarding Audi models and release years. His prices weren’t the lowest, but all his cars were in fantastic shape. The A3 was in perfect condition with only 19k miles. We hung out for a while — he’s a father, a soccer fan, has some funny stories. When all was said and done he made it very easy to finance with a credit union, got me great rates, and worked fluidly with my schedule to register the car. The extra thousand or two I spent was worth it. I’ve had the A3 now for 3 months and have had zero issues. So glad I didn’t risk an Audi nightmare on 82nd.

After spending close to 20 years working in the auto industry, I'm used to being spoiled and car deals being worked around my time. Now that I have left the industry, I find car buying to be a time consuming hassle. So, when I realized that I was in need of reliable transportation, I was not looking forward to the task. Then I found Sami. He took EXCELLENT care of my daughter and I. He got us into an amazing car a 2009 Audi A3 for an amazing price! It was quick, easy and at every point, I felt taken care of, not taken advantage of. And here I am... Almost 10 months later, still loving my car as much as the day I bought it! I have never had such a simple car buying experience! All I know is that it feels good to have met a guy like Sami and all of his staff that I can trust. And when I send my friend's, they love him too! What a blessing!

Sami made buying the car easy. He was extremely accommodating about the test drive, and was very honest about what was happening at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who cared about his business, and not about himself. If you want to buy a car from someone who knows his stock and cares about making sure that the customer is treated well, this is the place to go.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Audi A4 Avant from Sammy. We could not have been more happy with the experience or the vehicle. Sammy was both amazingly friendly and easy to work with, he didn't put any pressure on us to buy the car, he allowed us to move at a pace that was comfortable for us. We have had some bad buying experiences in the past and were tremendously relieved at how easy it was to work with Sammy. As a professional driver I have already told many many people about my vehicle and where I have got it. And have even recommended people to take picture of the license plate cover so they can look up Sammy's lot land themselves. I will be getting my next car from Sammy. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Sami is incredibly knowledgeable about cars at a level I've never seen. He helped me figure out the car that I really wanted. He made the process effortless. I would recommend iDrive Autohaus to anyone who wants to actually enjoy buying a car. He's sells cars the way I wish everyone did.

I have never taken the time to write a review, but our experience here was too great not to. If you are in need of a luxury automobile, I strongly recommend coming here instead of going to some large car lot. This place is privately owned and operated, and you can really feel the difference in service because of it. Sami, the owner, gave me and my husband the most outstanding customer care we've ever had. period. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly, asked us if we had any questions, and then gave us some space to let us look around on our own terms for a little while before checking in on us again. I can't stress enough how gracious we were for this. Too often car salesman hover over you, full of pressure and desperation to make a sale from the moment you get out of your car. Sami leveled with us, was genuinely interested in getting us what we needed and wanted at a fair price. He was extremely accommodating, sincere, and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't want, he just took the time to find out what our needs were and helped us in getting exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying an 2010 Audi A6 that day, for a great deal, and we also felt we had almost made a friend by the time we left. I can assure you if you are looking for a more intimate and sincere car buying experience, and want a higher end car, this the place to get it. We will not be buying a car anywhere else but here in the future.

I highly recommend iDrive after purchasing a well-used car from them. I drove in from out of town to purchase the vehicle and left the same day with a vehicle I’m happy with. Buying a used vehicle I didn’t expect everything to be perfect and I really appreciated that Sami actually pointed out any issues he was aware of which were relatively minor and expected in a similar used vehicle. Sami has also been very helpful with a couple of questions I had after the sale.
