I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 from Audrey back in April of 2022. I put down a 500 deposit to hold the vehicle until I got there which was 3 weeks later. I didn't know if he was even a legit business at the time. I did do a little research and found out he had been in business for some time but that's about all I knew. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and he had it posted for 8k. I offered him 7k and he said ok. I live in Houston Texas and flew to Oregon not knowing what I was getting into and pretty much basing everything off of trust. Well I don't have any negative things to say but in fact only good genuine honest things. I couldn't be more happier. He was a man of his word and upheld everything we had discussed. When I got to his business he had the vehicle ready and it was exactly as described. I purchased it for my son and as you can see the pictures of before and after. I spent a total of 2k to get it fixed including new tires and rims and windows tinted. It took me 3 days to make it back to Houston and on my way home Audrey reached out to me to make sure I made it back home safely and to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. Granted I drove from Oregon to Idaho with only a zip tie holding the hood closed until I stopped by Walmart and bought a ratchet strap. The last thing I needed was for the hood to open up going 85mph in the middle of nowhere. Lol. I plan to purchase another vehicle from him soon, he has made a lifelong customer. This business frequently blocks Skidmore street both ways to offload vehicles into their lot. Usually it doesn't bother me, but today they blocked it off for 25 minutes - I asked them why they were blocking the street, they shrugged and said it would be only a few minutes. If you see this happening please report to PBOT. I am happy to remove this if your business changes practices.

Couple months ago I purchased my great low mileage BMW. It was small damage and car runs like a champion! It's been great experience to dealing with Andrey about purchase the vehicle. Great place to buy damaged vehicles if you don’t have a dealers license and don’t want to pay huge fees at auctions. While looking at a car on sale for $8k, I asked what damage it had. They told me there were only a couple of minor problems. I took it to an independent mechanic for a pre-sale inspection, who told me there were $5k worth of additional problems. When I asked AR Auto about this, they insisted they HAD told me about all these problems. Do not trust.

After negative correspondence, our truck finally got repaired properly. Thank you ar...but customers are always right and you should have test driven truck.. shouldn't have had to go another 4 days to get you to find out there was a problem...but thank you for finally fixing enough that it can be driven safely.

i bay a f350 7 year ago and honda odyssey 8 year ago i still have it , i put 40k miles in the odyssey and 60k in the f350,

I have bought a few cars with this company , also my daughter bought 2 cars with them . but the last car she bought , about a month ago , the transmission went out not even three weeks after she got the car. She called Audrey , the owner and she asked him to help her , give her another car or something , and he said no. So she lost 5000 dollars in a car that is useless . Audrey , in Portland I always tell people to go buy cars from you and I was thinking to go and get another car myself. Since you did this to my daughter . You lost us as customers and I will tell anyone not to buy cars from you.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a car last year. Just now getting tags that expire in 2 weeks. Been getting trip permits and they refuse to reimburse me. Phone issues all the time. They have no idea what they are doing. I could go on and on...just don't do it!!!
