Excellent customer service and so helpful at this store. I bought new headlights and wipers and they were installed for me in a matter of minutes. I had no idea O’reilys offered free installation. I am a huge fan and will be recommending everyone to O’reilys.
I need to buy a 50amp heater fuse. They could have one buy 9am. I couldn't wait it was cold. I came back to the store and the gentleman if they had a little piece of wire. He gave me one. Thank you And that's how I had my heater going again.
The guy helping me at the parts desk was super helpful and polite. That is why I am leaving this review. He came outside to confirm the size of the part that I needed and explained the return policy ahead of time.
So I thought I got a wrong bulb. I came back to the shop and asked to the staff to replace to the right bulb. Hector who initially gave the bulb to me came to the cashier and explained that I could got a wrong bulb. He was right. He helped me all the way through to change the bulb. Thank you so much and be nice to the customer!
Excellent service. I broke down just off the freeway and hobbled to a parking lot. Called this store 25 blocks away. Needed a serpentine belt. I am 66 years young and the temp was 92. The worker said he could deliver it to me on his lunch. He saved the day. Thanks O'Reilly. I was able to continue to work and then Home. Outstanding service.
Needed new windshield wipers, was in & out in 5 minutes, they installed them for me & showed me how to do it for next time. Super friendly folks!
Great friendly service. I went in for a tool so I could fix my back light. The service guy got the tool and fixed it for me at no charge.

Needed wiper blades on a trip, the gentleman even put them on in the rain!! Now that's exceeds expectations!
Went here to return some batteries they have a limit apparently you can only do three at once and I had 4 ;
