I would recommend Northside Ford Truck sales out of any ford dealer in Oregon and Washington. I called and talked to Jim. I explained i had x-plan and asked if they would Honore it. They were the only dealer to say yes. I called, I would guess, 25 ford dealers and everyone wanted 5 to 10k over stickler to order a truck. Jim said no problem let's get it ordered. Once the truck came in Jim went above and beyond to get the truck from the rail yard himself so I would have it before Christmas. Then they were absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The dealership is one of a kind. If you're looking to be treated with respect, kindness and service with a smile, then this is the place for you. We Can’t thank Northside Ford enough, John and Lilly in the parts department work hard on finding an OEM engine. As many know getting engines right now are far and few between, they found us one, delivered a week early, amazing sales and service, if you need OEM FORD parts hit them up, or call us, we have a ton of OEM FORD parts in inventory!
I have mixed feelings about my E450 RV service/repair experience. The work appears to have been competently done and I've had no problems since. The employees were courteous. However, I was told very unrealistic estimates for how long the evaluation and repair would take. When I called I was told several days - so I brought my rig in for the work. A week later I was told 1.5 weeks, and then it was another couple weeks. I think they had my rig for 5 weeks. A long wait would have been fine I just wish I was told that up front. Managing customer expectations is key to having a happy customer - and I was repeatedly given unrealistic expectations. I contacted Zach, the service manager about all this and he responded promptly and apologized. I guess I'll return in the future but mostly because it's really difficult to find a shop that can work on a big RV. The price also seemed very high - but again I had no where else to take my rig so I was stuck.
Great dealership. I ordered my truck in February 2022. Took delivery October 27th 2022. Worked with Sharon Tucker, she's fantastic to work with. I got notified of a recall, within 2 days part was installed at my home. I moved to this area in September, do not regret anything about my deal with them. I was told their service was amazing, could not agree more.
Had the part I needed for my 2014 F150 in stock, and ready quickly. Plus, their parts dept. Is open until 10 pm possibly later. This makes me want to use genuine Ford parts and ditch the big brand auto parts stores. Will-call dept. was quick to help, but man could they use some organization and maybe an evaluation of their efficiency. Not my problem, i dont work there and my parts were priced fairly. Oh might I add, I refuse to do business with Vancouver Ford, so i am willing to make the drive to Northside Ford. Score: 11/8. Such wow.
Took my Ford RV in for battery cable replacement & oil change. Service was prompt & excellent. Enjoyed speaking with Ken. However, the Winnebago Minnie Winnie RV they had waiting for me to pick up... Was Not Mine!!! Young man kept indicating that my RV was already pulled around and waiting for me. But again, that one was not mine... it looked similar, but was longer than mine! Took some explaining on my part for him to understand. But we hopped in the cart and tootled around the lot til I spied mine. Went home happy.
Fastest, most efficient vehicle purchase experience from a dealer I have ever had. Our sales person was top notch and accommodating as well as our finance team member. Thank you Northside Ford for an awesome buying experience!
Our company took our 2005 box truck for repairs, mid-September, called to find out where they were with it, and was told that the original Service Writer that was handling us, is no longer with Northside, and that the technician said that he will try, try he said, to get it up on the rack sometime late next week to diagnose the problems we are having. When I comment on you guys have had it for over a month, the person on the phone apologized and said that they are really backed up.
I called to place an order for a new F250 Kings Ranch and Cristian Luna helped me; he was courteous, answered my questions and placed the order over the phone in around 15 min. After order was placed with Ford, Cristian called me back to make sure I got the email from Ford. Excellent service so far. Thanks Cristian!!
Curtis saved the day! My Dad has dementia. We had just gone out to my Ford Explorer from a weekly lunch with his buddies at a restaurant about 10min away from Northside. My key fob suddenly didn’t work. I called AAA and they would only be able to tow us to a dealership to make a new key fob. I called Northside and they went above-and-beyond offering to come to us with a battery. Curtis quickly arrived, checked out my fob, and installed a new battery. Saved my Dad and me from what have been a probable 3hr-4hr ordeal, that would have completely confused my Dad. Curtis from Northside made it take only a mere 20min. Outstanding customer service!
