I hate that my insurance company uses this company. I have been stranded miles from home for hours. I have had cabs show up 4 to 5 hours past my scheduled pick up time. If your ride is less than a $50 trip each way they may or may not show up.

The company puts you in unsafe veicheals for picking up members& there dispatch is so f-up please don't use them for your own safety ,I know I worked there for 3years my van broke down on a monthly basis,one time me and my members sit on the side of I40 for 4hrs waiting to be picked up.
