My girlfriend lives here and man do I dislike this place. I get called multiple times a week because my girlfriend finds a cockroach in the kitchen. She keeps a very clean place and never leaves food around. She has told the front office about this multiple times and all they have done is place a single trap on her counter that has done nothing. She even gets charged a monthly pest control fee that is obviously a waste of money. How hard can it be to take care of a cockroach problem? It’s literally disgusting. On top of all of this she has also had multiple packages stolen from her doorstep. Not a safe place either as cars are always getting broken into. The front gate was out of service for over 2 months and even when it did work the gate was left open for weeks. I’d only stay here if there was absolutely nowhere else to stay.

I work in Corporate Housing and use this community for my clients. The entire staff is amazing and professional. They are quick to take care of my needs and my clients love living at this beautiful community. You can't go wrong picking Abberly Village as your future home.

Beautiful place to live in West Columbia, South Carolina. Fully gated community, well maintained and great neighbors. Pet friendly and plenty of space for your evening walk, great swimming pool and gym.

For an apartment complex that bills itself as "luxury" this place is a huge disappointment. There is garbage everywhere - it's always overflowing from the compactor right by the front gate and piled up outside almost every door. The recycling area is a joke - there are mattresses and furniture there all the time, which are against the rules. There are always piles of household trash in there too, and now the recycle bins are gone. The soda machine by the pool has been broken and unplugged for months. One of the ladders in the pool is broken. Every Sunday morning there is garbage and bottles all around the pool from Saturday night parties. The lights in the parking lot have been out for months; I can hardly find a safe, lighted place to park anymore. I used to go jogging around the complex, but I can't any more because of the black guys yelling and catcalling at me. I have to drive to a better neighborhood just to exercise.

I lived at Abberly Village for 3 years and it was by far the best rental experience I have had! The apartments and facilities were always clean, the office/maintenance staff were kind, and I always felt safe when I was there. The monthly events the staff hosted in the clubhouse made it feel like a community. I would recommend Abberly Village to anyone looking to rent in the area.
