Lisa and the team at ABC Imaging have been great help to our business here at Alair Homes Arlington. We have all our plans printed there, passing on extra value to our clients. They can also do signs, truck wrap and anything else you can think of.

I would wholly recommend ABC Imaging. Yemane and the crew there do their best for you and the product always looks great. Staff are knowledgeable and they have a good range of resources to make what you need look professional.

updating again: manager called after I wrote the below review rectifying the situation in a few minutes by proving a reprint of the order and had them delivered within 24 hrs. Thanks updating this review after my most recent encounter: had documents to print and specific instructions for cutting / folding. the folding of cardstock was not completed and I received the documents the day before I was leaving for meetings so could not have them rectify the issue. I had to set aside time to perform a sub standard job on something that should have been completed professionally. Their resolution was to remove the $25 labour associated with the invoice $117 total. After advising that I had sub standard material and had to reallocate my time and waiting 11 days for a response they then reduced it by another 3.95 courier charge without acknowledging my recommended resolution of providing a new completed set. Existing review: reliable and good quality. Haven't had a problem with them in several orders placed with them.

I signed in on their Las Vegas website to get a quote. As you can clearly see on their website, they state to produce the product in the location that is closest to where you live. I ordered with them, they produced the item in Washington, DC and charged me another $16.50 shipping costs Item was $25 for their mistake! Edit: I had to fight hard but eventually they solved the problem and refunded the shipping costs. That's why I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

Don't bother if you want something 3d printed. They'll charge you over $1000+ for something that takes maybe $50 worth of material to print.

I've worked with ABC Imaging Alexandria for the past year and I always prepare for the experience to be a headache. In order to have a job done right AND on time, just keep in mind that you'll have to micromanage them constantly. We are actively seeking an alternative.
