The UPS Store

This UPS store is very convenient. I went in to return a package from Amazon they scan my bar code and gave me a receipt in less than 1 minute. Very efficient and not crowded

I called ahead to ensure a I'd be able to get a notary to witness a signature. As promised the notary was present and took care of me in a jiffy. As a small follow up I had two pages faxed where they needed to go. In and out the door in under 5 minutes. Notary was $5 and the two pages fax cost $2. TGIF

It’s like clockwork in there. They know how to keep things moving and minimize the time people spend on their errands. The same team has been there a few years now and that’s also notable. Good group good service and good customer service. Keep it up guys, this neighborhood appreciates you.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Often times I have my baby with me and they will unload packages from my car.

I was going to this store to notarize important documents for my clients, mainly for passport and VISA purposes. My client drove all of the way to Richmond, Virginia from Northern VA to deliver this time sensitive material to the government office and they rejected the notaries. My client sent me the letter he received from Richmond stating important information that should have been included on the notary. The notaries were missing, the notarial statement, the date, city or county and commonwealth of Virginia. My client was extremely upset, since again, this documentation was to travel for a death in the family and now he was back to square one, his trip was put on hold and quite delayed, needless to say the gas and time spent driving all of the way to Richmond and back. I called the UPS store and told them about the experience and asked them if they would kindly add this information and to please re-do the notaries in an acceptable manner. They said, yes we will but you will have to pay for another notary. This is very poor business plus I believe the way in which they are doing notaries is illegal. I would not recommend using this UPS store. The people are extremely impolite and do not follow good business ethics. Just to add to your response since I cannot reply; the information was NOT on your notaries. I have scanned copies of your notaries. I have since been also informed that as a UPS store you are required to log the notary into a tablet for UPS followed by the clients signature. I had to do this when I took the documents to be notarized at another UPS store. Your store does not do this.

This UPS store despite being busy at times is very efficient at getting customers in and out. The store representatives know what they are doing. They’re also very kind and helpful people. I would recommend this store when you need something to get there in one piece.

AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, professional and competent staff! My wife and I have been going to this UPS store fairly regularly since the COVID outbreak because the USPS lines were insanely long. We wish we had been going to this UPS from the beginning. Highly recommend this location

This place is amazing. The guys that own this place are very nice and create such a wonderful atmosphere. They are very welcoming and really do go out of their way to make you feel like a family member and not just a customer. I literally travel just to come to this location because of how amazing this place is and the service is fantastic, they definitely deserve every reward they’ve worked for and earned. I hope the family that owns this location keeps it for while.

I have been using one of their mail boxes, for several years, for my business. They are pleasant and extremely helpful, especially when I call to ask if a certain piece of mail, or a package was received. Whenever I walk in to retrieve my mail, they all remember my box number, and hand me everything, even before I ask for it. I have not had any problems at all with proper delivery of my mail or packages. This UPS store is professionally and efficiently run by caring people.

I live in Maryland and we come to this UPS store here in Alexandria Va. This is because they are always professional, nice and helpful . A Big Thank You to Emmanuel every time I go in he helps me and couldn’t be kinder and friendlier and efficient.
